Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase with labels attached. Sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

I WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE

1. Is your order a "Free Try On" order? If so, click here for Free Try On returns and exchanges. If not, continue to step 2.
2. Click the button below
3. Enter the FIRST-5 digits of your Order Number& your shipping zip code. If you are returning an exchange, enter the EXC-#####-#
4. Select the item you’re sending back
5. Select a new size & why you are returning
6. Print your return label and mail back the original item
7. We’ll ship the new item to you right away
   

I WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR OR STYLE

1. Is your order a "Free Try On" order? If so, click here for Free Try On returns and exchanges. If not, continue to step 2.
2. Click the button below
3. Enter the FIRST-5 digits of your Order Number& your shipping zip code. If you are returning an exchange, enter the EXC-#####-#
4. Select the item you’re sending back
5. Select Return Item & why you are returning
6. Click "Shop Now" and choose the new item(s) you want
7. If you have a credit remaining you will be refunded once your returns are received. If you have a balance you will be prompted to pay the difference.
   
8. Print your return label and mail back the original item

I WANT A REFUND

1. Is your order a "Free Try On" order? If so, click here for Free Try On returns and exchanges. If not, continue to step 2.

3. Enter the FIRST-5 digits of your Order Number& your shipping zip code. If you are returning an exchange, enter the EXC-#####-#
4. Select the item you’re sending back
5. Select Return Item & why you are returning
6. Click refund to original payment method or receive a store credit.
7. Print your return label and mail back the original item
8. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original payment method. Please note, returns and refunds take 7 - 15 days to process in our system.
