We will happily accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).
All returns within the USA are free.
Please email us at email@example.com for a pre-paid return label for all US orders, so your return shipping is always free.
Just follow the easy steps below:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original box if possible.
- Enclose a copy of your invoice and place the pre-paid return shipping label over the original label on the box.
- Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier
International customers are responsible for return shipping and will also need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items (unworn, unwashed and with original tags) within 30 days of purchase. Please contact email@example.com about your exchange while we process your return and credit to get the fastest turnaround.
